De Vries Hanze resumes operations from Blije

Following the acquisition of the operations of Hanze Wetland Techniek B.V. of Appingedam in July 2025, new premises were leased in Blije to relocate the company, now renamed De Vries Hanze B.V., closer to Cornjum. The keys were handed over in April 2026. After a week of moving using De Vries’ own trucks, operations have now resumed.

De Vries Hanze B.V. manufactures and supplies three machines. The Minifix reed-binding machine, the Cleanfix cleaning module for reeds, and the DVC 2025 reed-cutting head. From Blije, the finished machines are now being delivered to clients. In addition, machines that were already under construction are being completed, and space is being made to assemble newly ordered machines. The warehouse is also starting to look a bit more like a real warehouse again after the move.

We would like to extend a very warm welcome to our colleagues from Groningen, who are now continuing their work on Frisian soil!
